This tin once held pastilles - medicinal candies renowned for their digestive properties. They were crafted in the Vichy region of France. French tins are very popular right now and are highly collectable.
The tin is in fair vintage condition with some rust, discoloration, fading and signs of wear but it is free of large dents and the hinged lid works properly and opens and closes with ease.
It measures 5 1/2" x 3 1/8" x 2 1/2".
