Introducing my 2013 tea towel calendars! I love creating these calendars because I love the idea of something beautiful that goes on to have a new life as a useful object. This calendar is inspired by the inimitable Julia Child, who told us that "No one is born a great cook, one learns by doing." Indeed!
Printed on linen-cotton canvas and machine-sewn by me. Measures approximately 15 by 25 inches.
Note that in order to cut down on shipping costs, this does NOT come with the hardware you need to hang it. I recommend a 1/4" wooden dowel, wooden finials, and twine, all of which are inexpensive and available at hardware or craft stores. 55% linen, 45% combed cotton.
Care instructions: Machine wash warm or cool using phosphate-free detergent. Slight fading will occur after washing (it will also get a lot softer.)
Printed in the USA using eco-friendly, water-based pigments.
