I use a similar one to serve salad in the center of my tabletop when I am dining with friends. The wavy form creates the perfect place to rest my salad servers when I set them down.
Inside it has the imprint of vintage lace crochet with fresh seafoam turquoise colour, and outside it has a little fabric texture and is unglazed for contrast.
Because it is made from strong stoneware clay, this delicate looking ceramic bowl is tougher than it looks, and can be used as a serving dish at your dinner table. It would look equally stylish with salad or vegetables inside as it does being used as a fruit bowl.
Of course it is pretty left empty too as a centerpiece in your home decor scheme, or use it to keep keys and small items tidy.
It's ergonomic shape and texture makes it really tactile too.
Because of the way this item is made, it is unique, and no two can be identical.

Because of the handmade processes, each bowl is very slightly different - please accept that yours will vary very slightly but will be extremely similar and equally lovely - I promise!
This piece is tough enough to be used in your dishwasher, and also to serve hot food, but please do be careful not to shock it to very extreme, sudden temperature changes, such as putting it straight into a very hot oven. Taking that into account however, this piece will last you a very long time and serve you well for many years if it is treated carefully!
