The envelope is in good condition with a stain beneath the flap. The pattern will come in a protective sleeve.
The back of the pattern reads: Misses Coat: Loose-fitting, lined, tapered, hip-length coat has collar and lapels, bound buttonholes, long two-piece kimono sleeve with gusset and wide, turned back cuff, and optional shoulder pads. A: welts and pockets.
This is an extra-large pattern and requires additional postage.
