Junghans is Germany's largest and most well-known clock and watch manufactuer.
This unique vintage Junghans wind-up alarm clock is in working vintage condition. It was likely manufactured in the 1930s. The alarm functions, and it keeps time, although there may be some need to regulate. The clock has a silver metal casing and gorgeous art-deco style numbers. The entire casing of the clock is metal. The front panel is glass. The clock shows normal signs of wear, as is shown in the photos.
The back panel of this clock is particularly unique. It has an embossed star design, with details indicating in which order the dials should be wound, and in which direction (see Photo 2).
Height: 15 cm (5.9") [to top of the bell]
Diameter: 10 cm (4.0") at the front and 13 cm (5.1") at the back
Depth: 6.5 cm (2.6")
