I have great pleasure in offering this lovely wooden box that I believe dates to the early part of the 20thc, 1920's/30's era. The box has a marquetry lid with different woods applied and fashioned into a cribbage maker board. The box has inside partitions for playing cards etc. The lid and base close with a tiny hook opposite two brass hinges. Great to display and of course use!

Dimensions approx 10.5" x 3.5" x 2" (26.7cms x 8.9cms x 5.1cms)

The wood could do with a better polish than I have afforded it. The lid in intact with no missing wooden panels. The cards are complete sets. The hinges are slightly loose. This is not new however and has one or two scuffs here and there to be expected from something that has been used and loved

A wonderful and great gift for someone special.
