February 1896 issue of the Victorian Fashion Magazine "The Standard Delineator of Fashions" published by the Standard Fashion Company, 46 Adelaide St. West, Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

As the cover says, it contains 4 color lithograph illustrations. It also contains many other beautiful black and white illustrations of victorian fashion as well as many pages of articles.

The magazine is in good condition. The interior pages are in great condition but the cover has some brown staining and small tears.
