A pretty cream/ecru cotton lace Edwardian/Victorian collar which I think might date from c1900.

It is approximately 17cm (6.8ins) drop at the front part x 30cm (12ins) drop at each of the front side pieces and back side pieces x 27cm (10.8ins) across the width of the collar opening at the top. Each of the 4 side pieces measure approximately 5cm (2ins) wide and the back part of the collar is also appraoximately 5cm wide.

This is a really beautiful piece of lace that has been handmade all in one piece - there are no seems or joins in it anywhere that I can see.

It is in good condition given its age and does not appear to have any tears, snags or marks.

Hope someone likes it and can make use of it.

Thanks for looking.
