RETURNS/EXCHANGES: All yarn from Buttermilk Hill is new and in its original condition, and it comes to you from our smoke-free shop. We will pleasantly accept returns or exchanges for yarn purchased through our Etsy shop if it is returned to us in its original condition within 10 days of receipt. Returned yarn must be in its original packaging - if it has been balled, cut, unwound, or had its labels removed, it is not returnable. We will also not accept yarn that contains cigarette smoke or other odors.
