Fascinators are so very in right now, and what could be more fascinating than wearing an octopus on your head? This head ornament will certainly make a statement.
The octopus is hand stitched from two shades of green felt, with pipe cleaners in its tentacles so you can curl and pose them however you like. Uncurled, each individual tentacle is approximately 5 1/4 inches long. The octopus' head is approximately 2 1/2 long and 1 1/4 inches wide. Its eyes are needle felted from 100% Corriedale wool, and the entire octopus is sewn onto a brown plastic hair comb, which actually has quite a good grip when in your hair and stays in well. Being made from felt, the octopus is also quite lightweight.
