This splendid Victorian inspired mini Madhatter inspired top hat fascinator features a 7" x 6" x 6" high bright scarlet red sinamay top hat for the base. I've embellished the hat with vintage ribbons in black velvet, black lace, hand rolled fabric rosettes in rich black, black feather plumes and a vintage style rhinestone brooch in hot pink. This gorgeous mini top hat will clip in (at a slight angle at the top of the head looks best) with two mounted, hidden silver alligator clips beneath the brim.
Wear this to a wedding, madhatter tea party, ladies tea, special event or use it as a photo prop to stage the perfect shot!
