To take the measurements find a favorite t-shirt. Lay the t-shirt face down on a flat surface. And Measure straight across from armpit to armpit, from shoulder seam to shoulder seam, and from the top edge of the collar to the bottom of the hem, down the center of the back. Use these measurements for comparison to find the size that will fit.
Please notice the measurements for each individual shirt because they can vary with size and style of shirt.
