My Process:
All T Shirts are lovingly used. I do not use new shirts and I do not add any dyes or chemicals. All yarn is done in one continuous loop. There are no knots or pieces glued in. I wash the shirts in a detergent that has no harsh or petro chemicals and is non polluting. Yarn is cut in perfectly straight rows using a rotary blade and a self healing mat with marked measurements ensuring a perfect cut each time. The yarn is then carefully stretched to create the cord and rolled into a center pull ball.
