This is my new custom made black and gold pinstripe high waist pencil skirt. The black and gold pinstripe cotton denim has spandex for comfort and stretch. I've also added belt loops and a gorgeous angled tie belt cut on the bias for a wonderful drape. Skirt is approximately 31in long, made to be worn just under the bust. Very elegant and safe for the office.
