As a base for our works we use great materials like highest quality silk chiffon, mulberry silk, australian merino wool. We do not buy anything in East Europe or China. We use only skandinavian, german and finest australian materials and Savon de Marseille soap
(Traditionally, the soap is made by mixing sea water from the Mediterranean Sea, olive oil, and the alkaline chemicals soda ash (sodium carbonate) and lye (sodium hydroxide) (...). This mixture is then heated for several days, stirred constantly. The mixture is then allowed to sit and, once ready, it is poured into the mold, and allowed to set slightly. Whilst still soft, it is cut into bars and stamped, and left to completely harden. The whole process can take up to a month from the start before the soap is ready to use. Reference : Wikipedia)
Our wool is dyed with high quality, non-fade and fast dyes. Our felt is best quality. Easily resists rain and storms.
No glue! :)
Simply hand wash in a gentle soap or hairshampoo (lukewarm water). Squeeze it gently and lay it for drying on flat surface.
