Antique white Edwardian / 1910's sheer cotton dress, dotted all over with pale pink embroidered star bursts. A tidy, scallop edged border of embroidered flowers at collar, sleeves, and skirt tiers. Asymmetrical row of decorative ivory color ball buttons down bodice. Wide interior waistband. Dress closes at waist and side with a series of snaps and hooks/eyes.
Sleeves are meant to be cuffed, which I neglected to do for the photos, so they will be shorter than they appear here.
Best fit: XS
Bust: approx. 36"
Sleeve: 7.5" (drop shoulder seam to cuff edge)
Condition: Excellent. There are several pinpoint to pinhead sized holes to the bodice trim. A 1/4" hole in second tier of skirt (see last photo). A few little, faint rust stains to back of collar and to interior of collar seam (not seen when worn). Several super faint pinhead sized grey spots under one tier and at waist. Hem has been adjusted at some time. All are highly insignificant flaws considering the age and delicate nature of the fabric.
Dress was carefully hand washed.
Note: This dress will ship Priority Mail, with insurance.
