condition-excellent, update: the collar is lined with hard plastic, the very top of the collar threads are frayed and top of plastic may be showing through but it's very hard to notice and virtually invisible. a few stray threads on interior and the blouse has some wrinkles. I don't recommend dry cleaning due to the plastic which might melt. just hand wash drip dry to smooth out.

will ship in a box with padding so as not to crush the plastic collar. has been stored flat for many decades so the plastic collar will be creased in that way.
