Art Deco Necklace French Jet Briolette Black Faceted Glass Vintage 1920s 1930s Jewelry, offered by bohemiantrading.

Absolutely beautiful vintage Art Deco necklace composed of French jet briolettes dangling delicately from a fine silver tone chain. Each briolette glass bead is combined with small faceted disc beads and topped with even smaller faceted round beads. The slender triangular connectors on the briolettes are twisted brass. Its overall appearance is delicate and glittery.

The many surfaces catch the light and offer ample sparkle. It is in very good vintage condition with expected knocks and tiny nips on the high points (looking closely, but nothing bothersome). Also, three of the tiny 3mm round beads are not jet black, but instead a light smoky lilac. Because they are so small, it is almost unnoticeable. The necklace is finished with a spring ring clasp (probably a replacement), and is unmarked. The glass beads are likely Bohemian or Czech. It is a longer length than many from this time period. True elegance for day or night, c. 1920’s-1930's.

This item will be presented in a pouch and gift boxed.

SIZE: 21”L. Briolette = 9/16”H x 5/16”W (14mm x 9mm); total dangle = 1-1/4”H
