The opening for the drawer is 8" high.
Night stand pictured has a 13/16" thick surround. All surrounds for our furniture will be built using 3/4" thick wood from here out, unless otherwise specified.
The surround is constructed using interlocking mitre joints, giving it added support.
Drawer slides are under mounted and self closing with a light push.
IMPORTANT: All wood furniture changes color with sun exposure. If your piece of furniture is in a sunny place and anything is left sitting on top in the same spot for more than a couple weeks, you will see a difference in color. Please periodically move items on night stand top to avoid differences in color.
Please allow 8 weeks for construction and 1-2 weeks for shipping.
