This is a wonderful pin with blue enameling on this Figural. It is signed on the reverse side St. Labre. This company made jewelry in the 1960s and 1970s. The jewelry manufacturing plant was on a reservation of the Northern Cheyenne Indians. This is a fantastically detailed piece from St. Labre and, this piece is accented with cobalt blue enameling, IT is approx.
Measurements •approximately 2 3/4 inches by 2 1/4 inches. It has some enamel loss on the head of the bird in a couple spots where the gold tone metal shows through. There is also some wear to the feathers in that the color is not perfect. It is still a wonderful brooch and I have adjusted for color and wear to this fantastic piece of jewelry.
