Veil is adjustable, can be worn over the face or over the feathers, but is not removable.
This headband is reminiscent of sea mist or the colors of the dawn. One of my favorite pieces.
Very limited production due to the vintage veiling. Available at a reduced rate with non-vintage russian net.
