YOU order the shoes in the color you would like as a back ground color (these were orange) and have them shipped to me and I will paint them with this design and ship them to you.
I started painting TOMS in 2011 and I do actually paint for TOMS at different events in the Dallas Fort Worth area. However, I am not able to do such wowed out detailed designs with bling at the events and I had several requests for more more more :)
** This listing is for this painted design only. All kinds of flowers, peace signs, paisleys and love in rain bow colors are painted on the TOMS you have shipped to me. I will coordinate the color of crystal bling with the design and color of the toms you send me.
