This soy candle is extremely special...
It is part of a new collection, inspired by the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. (Where I was born, raised and continue to call home.)
Michigan's U.P. is a wonderful area, full of nature and people that are proud of their rich heritage. I for one am proud to be called a "Yooper" and I'm excited to share this new collection of all natural candles with everyone!
The first scent released is, "Bear Snacks", in honor of the black bears that call the U.P. home.
It is a really nice scent with a dark, rich background and a sweetness that sneaks up on you. (It has hints of honey and ginger, along with a few surprises!) Bears would certainly love to get their paws on this soy candle!
(My husband and I have hand mixed this scent, so it is exclusive to my shop.)
This soy candle is colored a pretty light brown and comes in an eleven ounce tureen style jar.
(The candle would make a lovely gift for someone's birthday, anniversary, Christmas or just a special "I'm thinking of you" present.)
This candle was handmade, with all natural soy wax and a zinc free HTP wick, that is designed to work well with soy candles. The jar is an 11 ounce tureen style jar, that is reusable once the candle is finished!
(It is recommended that you DO NOT reuse the jar as a container for food or food like items, including beverages.)
(Burn time = 75 - 90 hours)
(Please Note: The cookie cutter pictured is NOT part of the listing.)
Keep wick trimmed to 1/4" at all times. Keep candles out of the reach of children and pets. Burn candles within sight. Never leave burning candles unattended! Always burn candles on a stable, heat resistant surface. Discard any ribbon, twine, tags or other decoration before burning the candle. (Never pick up a candle by the lid, they are used for decorative and covering purposes only.) Keep candles away from drafts or air vents. (Keep candles away from anything that can potentially catch fire.) Do not touch or move candles when they are lit or when the wax is melted. (Remember, the containers can become very hot!) Don't burn candles more than 4 hours. Keep wax free of wick trimmings, matches or any other flammable material. Don't burn candles when there is a 1/2" or less of wax on the bottom of the container. Put out the candle if it smokes or if the flame becomes larger than 1". Let the candle stand for at least an hour to cool, then trim the wick and re-light. To discard extra wax, pour it into a trash can or similar container. (Never pour wax down the drain!)
