This piece is a symbolic drawing showing a woman's lower jaw just above some gently rippling water. Below the surface floats an inverse crane. Peaceful imagery is subtly subverted, lending the picture a slight prickle of discomfort. Our daily lives are much the same. We have our comforts, but we know there is another world out there, too.
