We have seen many modern boutique dresses that mimic this dress.

This lovely frock comes to you via a local estate. The former owner had many dresses of this type, and we are pleased to present them for your consideration.
DETAILS:
The print is a plaid of white on a brown background..
The dress consists of two layers:
1 solid brown layer (nylon fabric)
1 sheer overlay fabric. Possibly a sheer polyester
Sheer, long sleeves trimmed with white and gold buttons.
The collar is white polyester.
Fastens in back with hook and eye closures
Below this is a metal zipper that is in good working order.
SO of the period! Would look great with gold tone chains, a large pendant of an owl or fish.
Good Vintage Condition without stains, holes, or issues.
Dry Cleaning is recommended, as this item has been stored for many years,
