A warm holiday sensation of apricots simmering in mulling spices, this Apricot Clove jam is the ultimate compliment to your toasted treats or biscuits. It makes the perfect jam filling for holiday cookies, and is a fabulous addition to any cheese platter. Create a glaze for roast pork chops, simmer it into a warm winter sauce to top chicken breast with curried rice, or drizzle warmed jam over fresh-baked pound cake.

This Stuck-up original jam was hand-crafted by serve-safe certified Chef Klee from the Entropy kitchen at Shadow Creek. Chef Klee earned his culinary arts degree at Columbia College in Columbia, California, and has spent the past 14 years mastering his skill. He hand selects every ingredient, using locally grown fruits and herbs as much as possible. To Chef Klee, every jar of jam is a work of art.
