Beginning in 1938 Coca-Cola used a new design patent by Canadian Eugene Kelly,
It was the "Third Design" for the original hobbleskirt bottle, used by Coca-Cola between 1938-1951 and the last time that Coke bottles had the town of manufacture embossed on the bottom.
It is in its original condition and shows some signs of crate wear on the embossing, But there are not chips or cracks.
Bottle is Embossed with words, 'Trademark Registered in U.S. Patent office.
A Number stamped on the bottom side of bottle, 5 7-29
Embossed on the bottom, Easton, Md.
The bottle measures 7&3/4" Tall.
