Description: This three tiered cotton petticoat skirt looks good under dresses or just by itself! Made out of three tiers of triple gathered cotton it adds a nice amount of volume and fullness to any lolita style skirt. What does triple gathered mean? It means that each tier is three times as wide as the one above it. That's a lot of volume! Hem measures 400 in around. Waist is elasticized fit comfort and fit.
