This is a very fun vintage hair dryer! It is shaped like a 357 magnum gun! It was made in 1981 by Jerdon Industries, Inc. This hair dryer is very powerful, it is 1000 watts. It is lightweight for easy styling too. This hair dryer is unused and is in excellent condition and still has the trigger instructions attached to the trigger area. This hair dryer also comes with the original box and instructions. The box has some wear but the hair dryer does not. The cord has never been unwrapped. The hair dryer has been tested and works perfectly on all settings. The holster has some very slight yellowing on top(see pic 4) caused from the mounting tape on the back(see pic 5). The mounting tape on back hasn't been used, the hair dryer can be mounted with the tape or with a nail or hook, there is a hole in the holster for the purpose of hanging it on the wall with the hair dryer when not in use.
The measurements are: the gun is 11 inches long and 2.25 inches wide. The holster is 12 inches long and 6.75 inches wide. The cord is nearly 6 feet long.
What a wonderful conversation piece and fun way to style your hair each day! It would also be a fun gift for any hairdresser. This is also an amazingly popular collector's piece, especially since it is unused.
