The skirt comes in 2 choices, which include an elastic waist band or a crochet waist band. For younger children we recommend the crochet waist band for comfort and the extra bit of stretch for when the child grows. The skirts are both made with 3 layers of the SOFTTEST high quality white shimmery tulle. The 3 layers of tulle make for the least amount of see thru-ness and more poof and volume that little girls LOVE! The skirt is embellished with a flower on the waist that can also be used as a hair clip. The wings are included with the angel costume

This dress comes in sizes 2T-Adult. The costume can also be made to any preferred variation, please convo specifics before placing order.
