We guarantee freshness! All of our sweets are made to order which means nothing is made ahead of time. Because of this, we have a set processing time for our items notated in the listing. However, if you need your items delivered sooner or later than noted, please contact us and we will make it happen! All of our goodies are shipped within 24 hours of baking to ensure freshness. Please contact us prior to ordering with any questions you might have that you don't find an answer for.
We suggest that all items be consumed within one week of receiving; however refrigeration and/or freezing our goodies will prolong their shelf life.
We ship all items using Priority Mail through USPS with delivery confirmation. After your item has shipped we will provide you with a tracking number that you can use at USPS.com.
Please keep in mind there are no preservatives in any of the items we prepare. For this reason, our bakery can NOT be held responsible for any items after they have been shipped from our facility. The heat of summer can cause damage or melting of your items. Please make sure that someone is available to receive your package upon arrival to prevent this. From Memorial Day to Labor Day, you may see slightly inflated shipping prices. This is because our bakery is on “heat wave” and we include an ice pack in every package.

We would love to assist you with any upcoming events you have scheduled. We offer goodies for birthday parties, weddings, family reunions, picnics, holiday gatherings, company meetings, baby showers, bachelorette parties, etc. We ask that you provide us advanced warning prior to the event so that we may prepare and schedule your order accordingly. Let us take the hassle out of your party planning……order now and we will ship when you need the item so you don’t have to worry after your order has been placed. We will mark it on our baking/shipping calendar and ship it out in enough time that it will be fresh but also in time for your event.
Have you placed an order with us you intend to gift to someone else? Let us know in advance at the time the order is placed and we will gladly gift wrap for no additional charge. In the second picture of each listing we show the gift cards available to include with your package. Please let us know during the checkout process if this is a gift, what gift card you would like to include, and leave us a note regarding the message you would like to enclose to your loved one. We can also ship to a different address if it is a gift you will be sending to someone else. This information MUST be given to us at the time the order is placed.
Holiday Information:
During the holidays we are especially busy baking!!! Please place your orders well in advance before the holidays. Also keep in mind there may be a slight delay within the USPS mailing service due to their volume during this time of year.

This product was made in an environment where nuts, peanuts, wheat, eggs, dairy products, etc are handled.
For those who have a food allergy, please be aware that our bakery items are made in a facility where there are nuts, dairy, and gluten products. If we need to customize your order due to a food allergy, please let us know at the time of purchase during the checkout process.
We want to ensure that you have a great experience with us! If for some reason you are unhappy with your order, please contact us prior to leaving feedback so that we can work to fix any issues that arise. However, seller is not responsible for sending to an incorrect address that was provided or damage due to a package being left for a lengthy period of time unattended.
