Mid-century modern re-visited!
Made of sandy buff colored clay on my potter's wheel, this mug is decorated with a stripe and dash pattern reminiscent of mid-century modern fabric. The charcoal glaze has a wonderful surface which reminds me of a river rock, smooth and silky. The interior is glazed with a traditional food safe glossy white liner. It has a stable trimmed foot, a hand pulled handle, and is signed on the bottom.
This is a generous sized mug. The dimensions are 4.25" tall, x 3.25” wide at the lip.
All glazes are made by me in my studio, and are food safe, no lead, barium, or unsafe levels of copper. Colors may appear differently on different monitors. Please check the description for actual colors or surface qualities.
