This adorable little stoneware piece is an antique english crock that once held potted meat. Made by the J. Sainsbury Company, the jar is full of charm and character. Their logo is printed on the stoneware beneath a clear glaze. The glaze has lovely crazing that has developed over the 100 years that this jars has been in existence.

This jar measures 2 1/2" tall and 2" wide. It is very good condition with only minor chips on the bottom of the jar that are not visible when the jar is sitting upright.
