This crown is the last major project I did in school. It depicts the story of the Brother's Grimm version of The Frog King. Each of the ten ovals tells a little part of the story. In this version of the story, the Frog King gets thrown against the wall by the bratty princess and then turns back into a human. Each of the ovals is removable from the crown and can either be worn as a brooch or a pendant. A handmade fine silver chain comes out of the bottom of the crown and has a charm hanging from the clasp that says The Frog King with a pearl. The rest of the crown is made of sterling silver with half drilled pearls. The pictures are hand painted enamel on copper. The crown is not wearable, it is a lovely stand to put your pendant\/brooches and chain. Many hours with no sleep went into this piece. It was also displayed in Seatac airport for six months for all to see. Now it is here for all of you to see I hope you enjoy :-)
