After you place your order, and payment is confirmed, Etsy will provide you with quick and easy download info for your beading pattern(s). Your pattern downloads are in your Etsy purchases. Click on "You" at the top right of the screen, then click on "Purchases". You can download your patterns anytime you need them. If you have any trouble downloading the pattern(s), or any other questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact me.

You can sell what you make, just as long as you are not going to mass produce any of my designs.

Not allowed to resell the tutorial/pattern or part of the

If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact me within 7 days of delivery. Let me know what the problem is and I will do my best to fix the issue. Items need to be shipped back with the original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be postmarked for return within 14 days of receiving it in their original, sellable condition. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
