The flower clip is dyed and felted by hand from merino wool. It's securely backed with a spring-loaded hair clip.
I've had a life-long love affair with wildflowers: the design of my felted flowers reflect the botany of my favorites. As in nature, each felted flower is exquisite and unique.
I make flowers in two sizes, this is the larger of the two. She is about 3" (7.6cm) across.
This particular flower has moss green petals with strips of sparkly lace felted into in them. The petals also have some magenta-ish merino wool highlights. This clip can be worn in your hair or clipped onto your lapel... or anywhere that needs a spot of color.
Photo 5 is an example of the clip back, but is not this exact flower.
