This STUNNING hat was made from scratch using a buckram & wire construction which was then covered with the finest of pink moires & adorned with gold trim netting, starfish shells & ostrich plumes.
The inside is beautifully lined & all trims are completely hand sewn on for only the finest of finishing.
Please specify your EXACT head size measurement. Please measure around your head with a soft tape directly above you ears. Please double check this measurement & be sure not to pull too taught.
ALL ORDERS ARE CUSTOM MADE TO ORDER, upon receipt of payment. Depending on the current demand, they may take 5-6 weeks to complete. If the hat is needed sooner a rush fee will be accessed.
All hats are non refundable/exchangeable & we don't make adjustments, so please order wisely.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
All domestic packages are shipped via First Class or Priority Mail with tracking. All hats are insured for there full value which is included in the shipping price.
Topsy Turvy Design is not responsible for any packages lost, stolen or damaged in transit.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All hats will now ship via Global Priority or Express Mail/Insured for their full value. These services provide the customer with tracking for their items. All hairclips & pins will ship via First Class International Mail, with no tracking. If you would like to upgrade to a traceable service please advise.
Please also be aware that you will be held responsible for any CUSTOMS FEES. Please check with you local post office to see what the customs fee rate is, before you purchase.
