This beautiful art quilt was machine pieced and appliqued. I knew I wanted to do something with rectangles so I just started cutting shapes and arranging them! This is the result! My quilts are rarely planned and I change things as I go along. It's always fun to see what emerges!
Hand washing and air drying are recommended to avoid shrinkage. There's a handy sleeve sewn in the back for easy hanging and I've signed and dated it.
