I use the highest quality salon grade 100% Natural Human Hair to create all of my products. The hair is ethically sourced from donors in Russia, Brazil, India and China, where I can obtain textures and colors for all hair types. Unless it says otherwise in the specific listing, all the hair I use is thick from top to bottom (double drawn) and in perfect remy condition (cuticles intact).

As a general rule, you should always pick the hair texture that most closely matches your own biological hair. A close match will require less styling time on your part since you won’t have to spend time trying to make your bio hair match the extensions or vice versa. HOWEVER, if you are naturally curly-haired or wavy-haired but you mostly wear your hair straight, then you should get the extensions in a straight texture since that is your everyday hairstyle. If you need help selecting your texture, feel free to send me photos of your hair and I will make a recommendation!

The main thing you want to pay attention to is the ends of your bio hair, because this is the portion of your hair that needs to blend in with the extensions. Remember, if you don't see the exact color you need in my shop, you can always message me to create the color you need AT NO EXTRA CHARGE. Also feel free to message me for color matching recommendations. Please attach photos of your bio hair in natural light AND indoors so that I can see the true tones.

Keep in mind that each set of extensions is unique and you may need to adjust your hair care routine depending on your particular product.

Some general guidelines :

• wash your extensions and your natural hair as little as possible
• lather them gently in a downward motion
• use nutrient-rich and color-safe products
• do not go to bed with damp hair
• use blowdryers & styling appliances on low settings
• virgin colors can be lightened and permed
• other colors can only be toned and colored darker
• always do a strand test as you are fully responsible for the results of any process
