The perfect baby quilt as a gift for a baby shower, as a crib quilt or a lap quilt or even a wall hanging. It is a stylish and modern geometric patchwork quilt and would also look good as a decorative piece in a modern living room.

On the quilt top I used a mixture of bright and colorful fabrics from the Kona collection of designer fabrics by Robert Kaufman in greens, blues, turquoise with some funky black and white fabrics thrown in. On the back I used lovely soft and fluffy fleece in teal.

The quilting is done in a stippling effect to give this quilt a clean and modern look and lots of texture.

It was a joy to make this quilt and I hope it will bring you joy as well.
