Wicked Fascinations had developed Spirit Guide dolls to assist you in comunicating with your Spirit Guide. My thought was to create something you could focus on to allow you to "listen" to your guides....sort of a "visualization" of a Spirit Guide, if you will.
Of course, if you don't believe in Spirit Guides, she's still a pretty neat art doll!
Hand sculpted in polymer clay and painted with acrylic paints, her eyes are sapphire and various types of fabric, yarn and ribbons make up the rest. She hangs from a silk cord from a wire loop anchored in the top of her head.
She is approximately 3" wide (at the widest point), 20" long from the top of the head (hangs 25"), is hand made in my smoke-free home and one of a kind.
Spirit Guides are assigned to watch and help you on your physical journey into spiritual awareness. Everyone has at least one Guide that is with you throughout your life, but it’s believed that most people have several.
There are different views of how our Spirit Guides are assigned. Some are believed to be assigned to us from birth, as others are appointed as they "cross over" from their earthly existence and become our Spirit Guides as a continuation of knowing us during their lives here. (Guardian Angels are thought to be a type of Spirit Guide.)
Getting to know your Spirit Guides and establishing communication with them is one of the most important things you can do to enhance your own intuitive ability.
Communication is generally telepathic, (clairaudience) with archetypes and visual imagery (Clairvoyance) observed during meditation, dream time, or just learning how to focus, look and listen to messages received. The more you practice, the easier it gets.
Sapphire can enhance one's intuition, bringing joy and peace to the mind. It is said to bring prosperity and the fulfillment of one's dreams. It can be used to enhance psychic ability and to help one to develop increased mental powers.
Stare into her sapphire eyes and concentrate on the question you need answered. Relax and allow the answer to come naturally as a “thought”. Ask questions only once and accept the first answers.
I believe that our "intuition" is actually guidance and advice from our Spirit Guides.
