The dish measures 9 inches high overall (to top of ball handle), 12 1/4 inches wide across handles, 5 3/4 inches deep. Printed mark on underside on dish.
Overall condition is very good, with no chips, cracks or repairs. The gilt band is in very good condition, with no wear; there is a bit of cloudiness to the color that I think might clean off, but I didn't want to rub too hard.
I assume this cannot be used in the oven--this is just for serving.
