Sterling and Copper layered ring

A base layer of sterling silver, with copper in the center. This ring is heavily hammered for a nice texture. The copper is not soldered to the silver, instead the silver is flared to hold the copper in place. It is quite secure at the time of listing, but with wear, the copper may start to move around a bit, do not be alarmed! It will not fall out of the silver hug. This was the start of an experiment to make a spinning ring, and although it doesn't spin right now, it may start to spin in the future...only time will tell.
