Pattern for ripple Blanket: crochet blanket, throw.
This is an easy crochet afghan ripple pattern for beginners and is newly revised and rewritten. It is great for using up any stash yarn or leftovers yarns that you have. It is easy to adapt to many different color patterns.

The afghan size is flexible and will help you know how to crochet a ripple blanket. If you have crocheted a blanket or my boot cuff pattern before then this is should be an easy pattern for you.
INCLUDES: complete color listing for those wanting to create this exact crochet blanket. The last photo is of a crochet blanket with grey substituted for the black yarn in the blanket. You may also use stitches such as double crochet, single crochet, Half double crochet to truly create a personalized blanket. Please be aware that the different stitches will require more or less yarn that is listed in the pattern.
To aid you in determining if you have enough scrap yarn the DK yarn blanket weight is: 810 g or 1 pound 12.5 oz. of a DK weight yarn.
Stitches you need to know before beginning are
• Half double crochet
• single crochet
• slip stitch
The skills you need are
• changing colors
• weaving in ends of yarn
Supplies needed
• Yarn for the blanket: the equivalent of 8+skeins more or less for adult sized blanket.
• Scissors
• Large eye needle for weaving in the ends
• Crochet hook size g for dk yarn/ baby yarn, size J for Vanna’s choice and other similar weight yarns.
