a double folded crepe paper ruffle adorns the cuff with vintage cream braided trim on top. the tiny little bottle brush wreath is only 1 1/2 inch wide and is flocked with mica over tiny red berries. the wreath is tied to the stocking with a bit of vintage tinsel string. a vintage silk and rayon trim is sewn in place for hanging.
