He'd look great in a curio cabinet, displayed hanging out with dolphins or mermaids, or next to you on your desk -- always grinning up at you when you need a smile.
Those are real whiskers (naturally shed by my unwittingly generous cat). He has black glass eyes, and his pelt is painted reddish-brown with several layers of heat-set artist oils.
2 inches (5 cm) high, 2 inches (5 cm) wide (sideways), 1.25 inches (3 cm) wide (from the front) without whiskers, 3.5 inches (9 cm) wide including whiskers.
