This is a lovely pattern although I had some difficulties at first following the directions. I had to write to the author of the pattern but with patience I finally figured it out. Sweet pattern for Valentine's.

I have restarted this scarf about 15 times and at best have gotten to row 15. It is not my forst lace pattern but for some reason I am lucky if I can get to row 8. I am so frustrated I am in tears! I have been knitting for many years.
