It took over 10 days for Angela to ship this item. I ordered many other items off of Etsy for my wedding that were customizable that came in weeks earlier and don't understand why it would take so long to place these boxes in the mail, especially because other shops do not take this long. Angela is rude and disorganized, when asked when my item would be shipped she replied by being defensive instead of apologizing, she then promised it would be shipped out the next day but it did not ship for two days. When she sent me an email to notify me that my order had finally been shipped she included notes that were for a different customer. I ordered this product 5 weeks before my wedding, it is now the week of my wedding and I have not received the boxes and I am now scrambling to find an alternative. Brides shop elsewhere !

This review is the first that I heard that this customer wasn't satisfied...I would have gladly tried to help this customer out as much as possible had I know their was a problem...I always try to please my customers and wished I would have had the opportunity to do so with this customer.
