This is a reproduction of an original soft pastel painting by me. I painted this at the end of a summer, when I realized the geraniums that greeted me every day in my garden were probably now showing the last of the blooms for that year. And so red and bright against the straw color grass and muted tones of late summer! I thought maybe I could hold onto to the lovely red summer blooms with my pastels. This is a really bold hot red which I love love love! This print will brighten any spot you decorate with it.

The mat is cut to 8"x 10" which is a standard size for easier framing. The mat is 1 3/4" around. This is an acid free "cresent" matboard. I use various shades of neutral mat colors like off white, cream, soft white, so if you are purchasing multiple matted 8 x 10s and want the mat colors to be the same, just let me know!
Printed on Somerset Velvet Archival Paper using Epson lightfast inks and additionally treated with a UVL and water resistant protectant. These are lovely reproductions!
