Fossil earrings with genuine coprolite, made from the fossilized droppings of real dinosaurs. Yes, you can wear these lovely colourful bits on your ears, & no one will know they are poop, unless you decide to mention it. (Well, a really good paleontologist might figure it out, but how many do you know?) Millions of years ago, a dinosaur in Utah made this ... er ... deposit, which fossilized into rock over the eons, & was then cut & polished to make perfect little beads.

I currently have 4 pairs in stock: the 1st pair, shown in the 1st 3 photo slots, is cream, grey and brown, while the second pair (in photos 4-6) is mostly beige with a few orange and black patches, the third pair (photos 7-8) is a slightly mismatched set, with light orange, taupe and cream with a few dark markings, and the last pair (photos 9-10) is beige with green, brown and a few spots in orange. Please check all of the photos to see the details; each bead can have different patterns on each side. Please note that not all of these cylinder-shaped beads are perfectly symmetrical, as they are hand cut.

I wire wrapped the fossils on sterling silver pins, added sterling beads & attached the fossils to sterling hooks; you can also select sterling leverbacks (shown in photos 4-6), as well as surgical steel options. The earrings will hang around 3/5 of an inch (14-17 mm) from the hooks.
